T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to have an all-around sublimation t-shirt made. I will be sending one of these designs to a company that prints these to have it made. The shirt will be a Union Jack flag. The flag will need to be flipped vertically so that the longer width measurement of the flag goes from neck to waist as described in picture: "Union Jack flow with orientation markings". Also in that picture there is a light element of "flow" or wind blowing the flag around ever so slightly. I would like to keep this effect but have it made minimal (less than that in the picture. A halfway between the "flow-like" picture and the "Union Jack Flat" picture). The red parts of the flag should be replaced with green. The blue should be replaced with yellow. Both colors should have the same... brightness or intensity... whatever you want to call it as the colors in the "Union Jack flow orientation..." picture. The white should remain the same.

In regards to the layout, here I'm slightly open to suggestions. Originally I wanted the flag design to continue onto the sleeves as though the part in between the sleeve and body of the shirt were cut out from the picture. However, given the rectangular nature of the flag, I'm not sure that will work without making the design on the body of the shirt too "zoomed in" looking. Make it as you see fit based on your expertise. IF you decide to make the Union Jack not go onto the sleeves, then make the sleeves have the front half green and the rear half yellow as shown in "sleeve alternative". Regardless, the flag design has to be a mirror of itself on the back. Line 1B ("layout image") will be directly connected to the back (forming one big circle around the shirt as seen in "side label"). Line 1A will need to be in the same place in the back as it is in the front. Wherever lines 1C (the "X" portion of the Union Jack design) are, they will also need to wrap around and match with the ones on the back of the shirt (as shown in "side layout" image).

Last is the logo. The bottoms of both sleeves should have -FOREIGN-FOREIGN- written (the dash you see at the end of the "N" and before the "F" are the same one as it will be written in a circle). As seen in "Side Profile Label" picture. The logos on the sleeves should be slightly offset from one another (meaning the "F" on one side should be an inch forward or before the same place it is on the other sleeve). The neck collar should also have the logo as shown in "Front Profile Label" picture (same idea, have -FOREIGN- on the front and back, with the "E" being in the middle of the shirt on both sides and there will be two dashes, one before the "F" and one after the "N". The last thing about the letters in the logo is the "texture" I want them to have. "White Rope" image shows the texture. Basically, if you were to take the rope as shown in the image and slant it to the right 45 degrees, that is the look I'm going for. That will be the fill for all of the letters. The letters should all be 1 inch tall and 0.65 inches wide. However, if there is a dimensional problem with the width, then you can adjust it as you see fit to make them all fit. The brightness of the logo letters should not be any brighter than the rest of the colors.
