It's not pictogram, but illustrations. Same style as example. Doesn't have to be hand drawn (Don't think those are hand drawn). Simple, minimalist will do.

I don't need more variations of the same designs on a different coloured background. I Like your designs for most of the personas. Could you explore another for philosopher and enabler?
