Brochure Design Brief

Create a very stunning, infographic based brochure around a process Ace Hardware Corporation calls "Item Change Management". The audience for the brochure are Ace Hardware retail store owners and operators who need to be amazed by the program. This brochure is to make it easy for Ace Hardware store owners to understand the program, its benefits, and the process behind it. Here are some important notes about the brochure:

* Must all fit content on 2 pages - a front and back side - 8-1/2x11"
* Font must be no smaller than size 11 Calibri. Calibri does NOT have to be used but just want to level set the size.
* Use Ace Hardware colors (red, black, and white).
* Graphics and design must be super amazing to look at
* The document Word titled "Item Change Management" has most of the content needed. Use the provided photos as you see fit.
* Important: I would like the Excel file to appear in the 2-page brochure. The Word document titled Item Change Management Sales Floor and Back Office Actions is the legend for the Excel file (rows 8,9,16, and 17 of Excel file).
