Logo Design Brief

I have a new company selling wines. I also make tastings und I am consulting restaurants for exclusive wines. The name of my company is Tremel Wein & Genuss. I'm looking for a logo that represents elegance and simple structure. The name of mine should be shown up in the logo. Maybe the "T" would be fine. It don't hast to be the complete text, but the logo should represent the wine with its hedonism style. Maybe a bottle, grapes or a glass but not everything together.
