Tattoo Design Brief

Looking for a design for a forearm tattoo. Specifically, want a flying scissortail without shading/details - just the outline. Would like whimsical features in the background such as: clouds, smoke, lines, dotted lines, circles, etc.

Needs to be able to fit on one side of a forearm (so the tattoo can be long-ish), but do not intend to wrap around the forearm.
