Menu Design Brief

We are a farm-to-table restaurant. We grow all of our natural raised and finished grass-fed beef. No hormones or antibiotics ever. We try and source many of our products locally as well. We also sell Kansas products and our meats and Kansas cheeses and butters in our restaurant. It's almost like a Cracker Barrel setting. Our restaurant is on main street in an old drug store from the 1920s. It features an old-soda fountain so we make all of our drinks and shakes, malts by hand. I need help re-designing my menu plus I want to add some items.
I would like one side to be the breakfast menu and the other side to be the lunch and supper menu. I would also like to create a separate drink/dessert menu.
I need to add some more items as well.
