Logo Design Brief

The name of the business is Tango Whiskey Investments LLC. But, I'd like to just concentrate on the Tango Whiskey part, since my initials are "TW" (Creative, I know. This is why I come to you good people for logo help!). This is a one-man consulting business based in West Texas that is focused on the oil and gas industry, so the logo doesn't need it to be tremendously flashy with a lot of color. A bit of a Texas angle wouldn't be bad, but is certainly not necessary for the final design. At best, this logo will be on the back of my business cards and on my letterhead. Possibly, on a golf cap down the road.

Since this business is brand new, the sky's pretty much the limit. Some background on me and the business: I was an Aviator in the US Navy prior to getting into my current industry and that's sort of what folks around here know me for. (Tango Whiskey is the phonetic alphabet for "TW".) I was recently laid off by a company that used maroon in all of their logos; so, please, no maroon in the logo. Maroon has bad juju. If I had to give buzz words for what I'd like to see, they'd be "smart", "production" and "precision". I hope that helps.
