Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for our website, which is a startup called "A Sense of Identity". It is a business that distributes products for mainly women such as Jewelry, Perfume's and Giftware. The type of products are very good quality and look amazing but still offering very good value for money.

The business's mission is about offering a very good quality range of products, with on-going special's based around different events such as Valetine's Day, Easter, Valentine's Day etc... So it is not seen as offering just 'cheap' jewelry and discounted perfumes but the type of store that you are happy to come back because you know the service is great and there is a wide selection of good quality products. The types of products are great as a personal gift to indulge that they can relate to without the high costs, or a as a gift for someone else.

The scope of the business is initially around Jewelry, Perfume's and Giftware targeted at women or as a gift for women. However, is continuously looking to expand with new products so it eventually is a much larger store. It will never be a large department store, more of a boutique type online store offering 'great products' that women look forward to what new offerings A Sense of Identity can offer based on new trends, tastes ALWAYS at reasonable prices below what you would pay retail. The Jewelry for example looks equivalent of what you would pay thousands of dollars but is only a fraction of the cost and still looks amazing and of great quality.

We supply many brands such as the perfume's large range of around 500 products. But the Jewelry we may look at re-Branding it with 'A Sense of Identity' down the track. At this stage the website, stationary and packaging sent to customers would be the main place we supply our branding. But down the track we may look at branding the actual Jewelry range as 'A Sense of Identity'.

We're quite open to colour scheme's so maybe look at a 2-3 different variations of the theme if possible.

Target Market(s)

Women - 16yrs - 45yrs - WHY? As the products are popular products for looking good, smelling good and feeling good. This sector of the market go out regularly and want to have a nice piece of jewelry or the latest fragrance. They are also the most computer-savvy to shop online.

• You can look at some graphical pictures as background or a more customised logo design incorporated with the text, we are quite open to what creativity is out there and will be open to new ideas for our target market.
