Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a company called Growth Innovations. We work with people with disabilities supporting them in creating micro-enterprise's/small businesses to make sure they gain successful and meaningful employment.
We would like the design to represent some type of growth, success, care, support and inclusiveness. Attached is an already designed Logo with similar representation of what we are after. We are wanting the color palate to blend well with Teal/Dark Green as a dominant color but complimented by other colours, attatched is an image with colours complimenting Teal/Dark Green.
