Logo Design Brief

Wanting a white background with a black silhouette of clippers from a birds eye view showing teeth at the top and the hook on the bottom.
Text to also be in black with the shop name to be in capitals ‘BARBERS ON PARADE’ and the location a much smaller font size and written ‘Campbell ACT’
Wanting both to be an easy to read font.
Attached a design Is a mock design to show the idea I am after roughly however wanting all black and white as noted above and the clippers to be a silhouette drawing.
