Tattoo Design Brief

I would like to have the portrait on a photo base (face) of my Maltese dog and then integrate a half sun with 4 rays (my parents, my sister and me), a lotus flower (protection, purity, sweetness, fulfillment), as well as 3 hearts close together/intertwined (my actual family), and if possible a butterfly (Metamorphosis) in a rather clean style. I don't want to have a "dark patch".
The tattoo will be on my upper right shoulder. And the dog should look to the front. (to my chest)
