Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a small land development company located in Toronto, Canada called "J&J Developments. Our business buys vacant land and "develops" it through the Urban Planning processes in various municipalities. The projects include the creation of subdivisions, property severances (lot creations), and small apartment buildings.

There are no real preferences on colour, but we're hoping the final design emulates our core business of creating communities, roads, houses and/or buildings.
