Flyer Design Brief

Please create a two (2) page flyer. We welcome minor updates/ changes to the Healthy Heart Healthy Brain flyer that is attached as a word document. We are aiming for the same general look and feel as the original PDF attached (please note that we have updated the content and would like the designers to use what is listed in the word document).
We encourage you to provide multiple versions using pictures of different people we have on hand. Our team currently likes how the lady in the picture is looking in the direction of the text - we encourage designers to please flip the photo if needed to make this possible. We also give the permission to crop the photos as needed to fit the design better aesthetically. In addition, the team wondered about having a pdf file that allows the user to easily change out the graphic between different photos to reflect different communities best—not sure if that is as easy as it sounds.
