Flyer Design Brief
We are looking for a Double sided flyer 8x11 that we can print and get out to new clients to show photos of our Senior Living Home. We want this to have great photos and information to help someone maybe older who cant go online and look at our website. We would like to see designs that are a simple as can be and easy to read with all the information that a client requires plus photos of the home. http://vtours.in1view.com/public/vtour/display/40347 (link to photos) Not all photos need to be included but we want them to get good idea of how the home looks by getting this flyer.

Medication management, regular nursing visits, twenty-four (24) hour onsite staff providing personal care monitoring for lifestyle support with stand-by assistance.
Lifestyle Support Single $9,900
Lifestyle Support Couple $14,500*
Personal Care
Standard: Typically includes daily hands-on care as needed for ambulatory residents with occasional incontinence who need some physical assistance with the activities of daily living.
Advanced: Typically includes daily hands-on care for non-ambulatory residents needing assistance with incontinence care, most activities of daily living, or may be a high fall-risk or require additional care for behavioral reasons.

*Couple’s rooms can be shared as semi-private rooms, based on availability. A Care Consultant can assist with additional rates for couples or semi-private rates.

Wilson Senior Living Kailua opened in 2013 in the Aikahi neighborhood of Kailua, at 96 Kaneohe Bay Drive. With capacity for 22 residents.

Updates
We are making this flyer to for elderly people who don't like to look on the internet for pictures, so there needs to be a good selection of images so they can have an idea of what it looks like. With information as well. Which ever designer we choose we will also add second project to make the same thing for our home care side of the business.
