Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo for our contemporary art gallery featuring the abstract works of international artists. The gallery is located in a historic manor in the countryside with a view to the skyline of Frankfurt, Germany.
Preferred colors are: black, grey, beige, creme, off-white, white, brown, dark green, burgundy, royal purple. Please no primary, bright or neon colors.
The final design should reflect the notion that art evokes emotion.
