Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our upcoming whiskey bar and coffee shop. It will be in a historical building. The design will be entirely vintage with speakeasy vibes. We want the logo to be simple with geometric designs and Art Deco feel.
The attached image is a photo taken of a window on the historic building. It looks like an "M" made up of a saw and a log catcher. We would like the logo to resemble that window. It does not have to be blatantly a saw and log catcher, but we want it to still reminiscent of that window.
Gold and black preferred
We would like it to include "The Muse" and possibly "Whiskey Bar & Coffee"

Updated to add a sketch the owner made to show what he is going for- wants it to feel “old”, but still classy. The saw and the log catcher to be incorporated, but not super obvious!
