Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new family-owned residential construction company. We project manage and self-perform many aspects of the project ie. concrete flatwork, framing, window/door/cabinet installs, finish carpentry, painting and landscaping. I love the color green but we are open to any colors that make our logo stand out in a good way :) Don't really want an outline of a house unless it is in a unique application.
