we need a logo design for a new company based in the north sea of Belgium. We build and sell houses and apartments in a luxurious city on the belgian sea side (knokke).

The logo must work with our two divisions:
NORTH ESTATE and NORTH DEVELOPMENT

The final logo must communicate, luxury, safety, solidity, but must be very simple and modern, minimalistic.
