Logo Design Brief

We're looking for a logo and a mark with a color story. This is for a small corner bistro / wine bar in a very popular neighborhood in Philadelphia, PA, called Fishtown. The aesthetic is cozy and modern with lots of natural light, white brick and plants through out! We're looking for a logo that is inviting and hospitable but unique and youthful. I've attached logo or graphic design style that I like for this concept.
