Web Design Brief

We currently have a Squarespace site, which has been sufficient during the start up stage of our public relations business. I would be interested to know whether there are options within the Squarespace functionality to dramatically improve the look of our site, or whether you recommend a full redesign using another web service.

I would like the designer to offer some suggestions for improvements to the current site and/or provide designs for a new site.
