Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Nashville, TN (U.S.A.) called "MacCauley Rowe". MacCauley Rowe will focus solely on building new modern homes or modern renovations of older homes.
Nashville is a young and vibrant city that has a huge market need for a luxury home builder that focuses solely on modern European type design. MacCauley Rowe is a custom home builder that engages in unique projects that are second to none in design, materials, and finishes. We are looking for our logo to project the following type of feel: Minimalistic, Luxury, Modern, Stylish and Sleek.
Miscellaneous Note: We are open to all designs. We most likely prefer to have the entire name in the logo. However, we are open to an abbreviated logo or text. And we are open to a symbol being worked into the logo.

We tend to lean towards logos that are clean and sleek that only have 1 or 2 colors. Will consider more colors if you have a good idea. Thank you for participating in helping us with our logo design.
