T-shirt Design Brief

I am hosting a weightlifting camp in New Orleans
I want the shirt to have a vintage New Orleans feel.
I’m thinking of a tarot card design with the voodoo queen of New Orleans holding a shrunken head.
Or a female skeleton with a flapper outfit on.

It needs to say
Catalyst Athletics
Weightlifting Camp
New Orleans
Preferably with a barbell (see attached tshirt design)— the attached photo is of a tshirt design a friend made. And I like everything about it except the old plague doctor. I really wanted a “female character” in the center but he is unable to do that.

I ATTACHED some photos for inspiration. The tarot card that says voodoo queen, I really like the look of this. And I was thinking instead of it saying voodoo queen it can say Catalyst Athletics. And where it has the name Marie, and LaBelle... it can say:
Olympic Weightlifting Camp
New Orleans
I was thinking that instead of the voodoo queen shown, you can create a skeleton like the one in the yellow card. I love the look of her, and the colors and the background.
