Wordpress Design Brief

My business, Arsenal Fishing needs a new facelift - primarily because my themes and plugins are so outdated they are filled with malware and are affecting both my sites on my server, and constantly shutting down plugins, promoting tons of spam in my emails, and slowing down loading times. I have hired many Fiverr consultants to help clean off malware on the sites and servers, but they cannot fully clear it out without removing the current theme and most of the plugins. When this happens the site looks 80% different and really bad - so it is finally time for a new template, modifications to the store, more customer account options, better VIP access and benefits for VIP customers. We need our forms secured to prevent spam, and we currently use WooCommerce that is sync'd through a third party company called MySync that syncs our orders to Quickbooks.

We want a similar vibe to the current site, but it would be nice for a clean facelift, no broken links, and all pages fully completed for customer review.

The big importance here is that I am taught how to update the site myself or that I can train others to help me with the site. Along with that - I would also be very interested in working with someone that could also maintain my website for me as I am getting extremely busy in other parts of the business and do not have time to build and manage it myself like I have in the past.

• Must hold my company color scheme (black, green, white) The site needs to be extremely mobile friendly and easy to shop both on phone and desktop devices. I need a nice VIP section added to the customer account areas, where VIP members once they are signed into their account their discount associated with their account is already shown on all products or instantly updated in their cart. I would like customer to be able to access their dashboard and view tracking and shipping information as well. I also need much better laid out pages for 'About Us' and 'Pro Team' those pages need good profile information, organized and clean looking. The Pro Team page, it would be nice when you click on each professional a Lightbox or another window shows up with a specific profile showing their stats and information. I will also need great plugins that help with inventory control, coupons, email
