Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for our growing residential company which primarily operates on the west coast of Vancouver Island. We value craftsmanship, a modern and coastal design esthetic, High end timberwork, building good relationships and creativity. We are a youthful company, not your typical banging nails in exchange for money outfit. We have recently expanded our services to include design services, and are looking into energy efficent, greener homes of the future. We like natural colors, green, sand, blue, but also are unsure if it is better to keep it black and white? Would prefer a logo that would work with a pop of color on a vehicle, as well as black and or white for hats/ shirts. Very open to ideas, Thanks! The logo with the triangles is our current logo I designed. I need help!
