Graphic Design Brief

I would like to get somebody to design a map with a particular area of northeast Iceland on it. I attach a picture of the area I'm speaking of (the whole area). The emphasis should be on the toponyms (a place name, especially one derived from a topographical feature). My goal is to get the design printed, probably in A1 size but it will be related to how the design will appear with all those toponyms on it.
