Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for an existing apartment community in Lodi, CA (wine country). We would like to see designs that include grapes or vineyard themes, but with a modern twist. There are a lot of oak trees and vineyards surrounding. Attached is the existing logo. We want to stray away from the red/maroon colors and stick to neutrals or black and white.
