Nice project but designer prize 320 usd after designcrowd commissions and money transfer charges is too poor for this work quantum of all these pages design + mobile ready coding and wordpress integration. please double the prize atleast if you want the best developers to work on it and you best results and output.

Looking more for Designed out home page + 2 sub page layouts in WP. I am also not against repurposing a template or existing design to make the look and feel towards our project.
