Be careful with a one-star rating fellow designer ;)

If they changed your design-entry rating from say 4-5 stars to 1-2 stars just so that they can shortlist according to their liking, it's not allowed or good practice.

Also contest holder may not have knowledge about the impact of 1-2 stars on our designs,

What one can do ( i did several times ) is to make them aware one such thing takes place.
I got the ratings removed if not reinstate original ratings(3-5 stars) on 2 of my designs which got lesser star ratings just because the client/ contest holder was sorting final designs and have no clue that doing such thing can affect designer's product rating on this platform.

I got very understanding and kind clients on both of those contests, they removed ratings and left it as unrated, that is always better than having 1-2 star ratings but although it would be great if they just kept original ratings 4 stars or 5 stars which they themselves rated in the beginning.
