Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a new logo to use on my website, email signatures & ads. My office changed names from RE/MAX Eastern to RE/MAX ONE Realty. I am open to pretty much everything. Attached is the current header on my website. It could be something similar and would love to see some new ideas. The majority of my business is in the suburbs of Philadelphia so it could be a house background, key, suburban setting, etc.
