Dear Project Owner,
A low star feedback can discourage a designer on not making further revisions to the design, which many a times lead a 5 star design for you later on and a great contest for both sides. Thus if you don't like a design and don't want to see further revisions to it, please simply discard it without giving it a star. On the other hand if you want to see further revisions to a design and hopefully turn it into your own best fit, please just message the designer first for revision instead of giving it a low star feedback. Hope you understand me.
