Logo Design Brief

We need a Logo design for a new company based in Denmark. The company is called 'CM Byggerådgivning'
which must appear on the logo.
We are offering construction management, and counseling in architecture, and advice in all kind of building constructions.
The logo should be simple but illustrate that it relates to construction.

Colors:
Mainly Navy Blue & white OR dark olive green & white - (Have not decided yet, but maybe you have a suggestestion?)
black frame is allowed if necessary.

Keywords for logo:
Technology, Construction Management,
architecture, design, creativity, business, building, counseling, professionalism.
We are not craftsmen, so the logo should not suggest that either!

I wish an "icon" part at the top and the text down under it.
It will be nice to incorporate the letter 'M' or 'CM' in it. Perhaps with a three-dimensional effect.
You are still free to try something else, if you have that great idea.

Please contact me if you wish to discuss how we hit that "perfect" logo. If someone delivers what we are looking for, we are very open to continue in more graphical work.
