Poster Design Brief

We're seeking a poster design (11x17) to spread awareness for services by "Legal Aid and Defender Association". The services they're trying to communicate are regarding housing/landlord/tenant matters.

We'd like the poster to (1) reflect the color scheme and branding of their website www.ladadetroit.org, (2) contain the following copy: "Everyone needs safe and suitable housing, whether they own a home or rent one. When homelessness threatens, we at LAD help clients free of charge through eviction diversion programs and mortgage/tax foreclosure prevention.", and (3) contain their contact information:
