Logo Design Brief

We need a logo + Letterhead A4 + A3 paper size + Business Card Design, for a business coaching company that targets growth companies. The coaching practice is built to scale up the companies exponentially by implementing a 4 cornerstone methodology in the business, which focuses on 4 particular areas in an organization and improves them.
The practice shall target the growth companies that have big potential and hence the new identity should reflect elite and expensive practice.
The coaching practice will be international and aim to attract people from all over the world, the practice will be using podcasts, youtube social media to market its services and expanding its reach.
The four colors that should be in the logo representing the 4 areas of focus should have the following colors:
