Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designing for a UK based property development company. We build high-end houses and luxury apartment complexes.

Arcadia is a Greek term, that refers to a utopia, a harmony with the land. Which is what we try and design in our buildings. Harmony.
We need a logo that flows and suggest harmony as the name does. Needs to be a logo befitting of the kinds of builds we do. We're fairly open on the design of the logo, we're after more of a feel. That the logo speaks to the properties we build.

• We feel when it comes to art work, that the designer should have free reign, as too much direction can hinder the artist's ability/vision

• Arcadia is a Greek term, relating to a place of utopia and harmony with the land. We try to echo this in our builds. Our logo should feel the same way our buildings do. Strong, powerful and harmonious. In the sense they don't look out of place with the landscape. Our logo should give buyers the feeling of security and confidence of our abilities to build these buildings.
