T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking to get lots of cool designs for t-shirts for a company store that they have on the Lincoln Electric headquarters campus. Employees, Welding Students, Visitors all visit the store to purchase the Lincoln Brand. We have done the basic t-shirt logo for years and are looking to mix things up with some fresh young and cool ideas to make the t-shirts look cool. Think of designs that a typical welder might like. Colors to stay away from are BLUE. Colors to use are Blacks, Greys, Charcoals, RED PMS 187 is specific. The Lincoln Electric website is www.lincolnelectric.com they have lots of images of welders helmets etc that we might be able to pull from
