We are developing a web app / forms to allow a Vet to record information when visiting a farm - eg to test animals for TB.
Needs to be clean and fresh, not cluttered.
Using standard web form design elements so that the user don't have to think.
Needs to use elements of the colours from the logo.
We will need a standard template page which we can base each of our webforms on, so we will need
