Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our residential real estate company in Minnesota. It's based out of the Twin Cities and surrounding metropolitan area. Our focus & expertise in real estate is raw land, developments, new construction and pre-existing homes. We also work a lot with investors to find opportunities to create annuity streams through owning properties. We don't wait for the opportunities to come on the market because we hunt for the properties. We deal with all types of budgets but mostly higher priced clients. We are looking for a sleek, modern, minimalist, and simple design. We are open to using our names or initials "Guy Karth" "GK" "Stephanie Montpetit" "SM" etc... We are open to other ideas & not just married to the one idea. What is most important is color and a design that people will be able to recognize and see on large development signs as they drive by. Since we live in Minnesota light colors are not the best in winter time & can be hard to see from the roads. We like darker shades of blues, blacks, golds, grey, plum, turquoise etc. (I've included a couple color palettes in the uploads)
