Logo Design Brief

I'm starting a Coaching & Consulting business that will focus on working with business owners/leaders with 200 or fewer employees that are struggling with employee recruitment, retention & engagement. I'll coach them to articulate then bring to life a Culture where Employees Thrive and Profits Grow.
I do want my coaching practice name as part of the Logo, the "tag line" I've entered below I'm not 100% confident is the right text, but it's ok to start with.
