Logo Design Brief

Hi my name is Les Jackson, and I need a Logo that is based on my face for eLeaning platform hosted under my name at: lesjackson.net (not launched). You can take a look at my youtube channel to see the type of stuff I do: https://www.youtube.com/binarythistle

I'd need the logo to be:
- minimalist (i.e. not too complex, simple lines)
- Fit well in a circle
- distinctive
- Some color is fine, would like to emphasize orange / red beard and bald head . It would be great if the design could be represented in monotone (i.e. black and white too).
