Logo Design Brief

As a hobby I make various designs in metal and wood. This can be pizza peels, lights and various other useful designs. I design and make the stuff my self. I also do fotography, but have not made any of this available yet. My professional background is technology and I have created several tech companies.

I need a logo that is easy to laser print or in other ways get onto metal, wood and printet material. It should also be usable in videos.

I am looking for a symbol. Key words can be:

I have been looking to use something with AEB in it, but realize that this is not very creative unless we do something spectacular out of it :-)

In general people say that form follows function which very often make things look ugly. I like to think Form And Function

I am inspired by easy living, kite surfing, Hawaii, Brasil, fun people, smiling people.

I need a symbol that means something in the way it is designed. There must be a reason behind the symbol and possible to explain some of the keywords in the symbol.
