Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for one of my companies and possibly sister company as they are similar. Current company "The Avia Group" provides One to One personal crypto guidance either in person or virtually. My other company, Crypto Training Center is the teaching part of my company providing both inperson and virtual classes. Both these companies target market is general public and Enterprise so it can be too flashy. I have existing business card in the shape of Circle (representing a coin) and would like to keep this idea. I will upload existing logos. Would also like to incorporate my abbreviations for each TAG for The Avia Group (in place of AG change to TAG)and CTC for Crypto Training Center. Might incorporate a airplane (take off) theme for TAG but do not sue a airplane as I dont want to confuse people. We are not a aviation company.
We like to avoid changing colors unless it looks better.
