Logo Design Brief

My son is a hulking 11 year old boy. I want to create a cool logo for his nickname so we can make him some branded clothes. His nickname is The Albino Rhino (blond and big :)). I have included his image so you can get a sense of him. of course his pic doesn't have to be (or shouldn't be?) on the logo, but maybe a caricature. at least it gives you a sense of the person.
