Infographic Design Brief

This infographic/brochure is intended for owners of Ace Hardware retail stores who I'm looking to inform about a new process for managing customer special orders. There will be two pages to this infographic / FAQ.

The first page I am looking for a very unique and creative way to educate them on the steps needed to process a customer special order. The two PowerPoint slides I attached is the content for this process. I'm looking to illustrate this information in a very fun and differentiated way that will catch the Ace Hardware owners' attention! It must stand out. Right now, the way that it is laid out is boring, unattractive to look at, and too cluttered. I will need all this content, but it will need to be formatted and designed in a much, much better way. Note that step 7 could be either an in-store pick-up or deliver (not both), so the infographic must make that clear.

* Use logos provided. The red vest logo is the mobile app

The second page is a frequently asked question section. This should be in a two column form and match the design of the first page.

Feel free to use some of the images I provided, but not necessary.

• Ace Hardware red and black colors; 8-1/2x11; 2 pages, front and back, Super creative, different looking, eye catching, use all the content I provided. Must include each step, system touchpoints, Lead/location, actions, and outcomes; size 11 font or bigger
