Logo Design Brief

We are focused on "mid-sized to large-sized" construction projects. Schools, hospitals, car dealerships, churches and the like. I am looking for a modern design that is attractive and welcoming with a subtle hint of christianity. I have provided an example of one of my previous firms logos. Notice the subtle Christian Cross.
