I need a logo that describes what the law firm do.

Parents have the misconception that their kids will receive the title to the parent’s house when they die because they have a will or because the law says so.

Many parents don’t realize that when they die, their kids will spend thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees and court costs in order for the probate court to transfer the home to the kids.

In order to avoid this, we prepare a document knows as a lady bird deed, which allows the parents to maintain full control of the property, but also transfers the property to the children immediately at the moment of the parent’s death without spending attorney’s fees and court costs.
