Logo Design Brief

Looking for a minimal and modern logo that helps describe our services while also appealing to a higher end clientele.

I took a screenshot of a design that I think is perfect. However, I need to make it my own. So Please feel free to add any tweaks while still keeping it as close to this as possible. The overall shape is what I like, but I would like the blue in the waterdrop to be a bit more of a true blue or ocean blue.

I would also like a few different colour schemes as this will be added onto shirts and trucks that will either be on a white background, a dark blue background and a light blue background. For example, maybe a white gear for a darker background?
