Logo Design Brief

Hello everyone. I am starting a logistics company and am looking for a cool but simple logo. The name of the company is Rise Logistics Group and I want that in the logo. I also want some type of arrow going either straight upward or upward and to the right. I want the arrow to be the color yellow. As far as the color of the "Rise Logistics Group" text I will leave that up to the designer! I trust you guys know what colors go well together.
