Logo Design Brief

Company name is "Ore Control Group"
A new Western Australia based consulting firm requires a logo with clients in the mining industry, predominantly gold mining. Services include ore control, ore production tracking, resource discovery, sampling, and mapping, for both open pit mining and underground mining.
Services will be based at the mines building excel and access based tracking systems, working with technical teams in the mines (underground and open pit), such as geologist and mining engineers.
Ore control in the mining industry is the primary focus for mine geologists. We track the movement and grade (quality, how much gold is in the rock) from the time the rock is fired (blasted) and trucked to the surface for processing (getting the gold out of the rock).
I would prefer the logo to have a strong feel or powerful feel to demonstrate leadership. When looking at the logo the viewer should imagine that things will just get done.
Logo could reflect a mine, mining equipment (i.e. truck or Hoist), or something simple such as a rock hammer, bar of gold (ingots), or something different.
The accepted logo will be sewed into shirts, printed on business cards, email signatures, and Linkedin profile
