Logo Design Brief

I am new to this so here it goes. I am looking to design a logo for my IG and possible web page later for my home bourbon bar. I am trying to make it unique to my bar and with maybe my facial tracing or profile pouring bourbon into my glencairn glasses with at a minimum the bar rail edging, bar top and bottles in the background. Maybe all writhing a circle and black coloring on the outter edges. Would also consider other ideas with your help. I would like to be able to maybe get some glasses etched and logo to use for tshirts etc. I don’t know what I really want but hopefully this is something to start with. I would like to get the logo to show bourbon pouring into a glass with the stones in the bottom.
