Logo Design Brief
A logo for my immigration law practice. I am a one-lawyer law firm with a specific practice, I apply for permanent visas for family members of US citizens, mostly spouses and fiancees. I have clients all around the world who want to come and live in the USA with their US family. But please read the "should not have" section below.
Updates
I'm looking for something unique. I don't want a typical lawyer logo. Not too reserved.

I am not looking for a typical lawyer logo. No scales of justice. Also not an emphasis on my name as the biggest feature. Thank you.

My first reaction when I saw a design that had my name prominent, was to say that I don't want that. But I am very new to this and so I will try to not react, but rather wait and see what creativity you people can produce. So I will try to just sit and listen and watch and let your ideas grow on me. Thank you very much.

Requirements
Should not have
- A judge's mallet, or the scales of justice. Should not focus on the letter "P". Not red, white and blue. Multicolored is fine. Not with a map of the USA. Not with the American flag. Images of people should not just be outlines of people, they should show creativity, be somewhat stylized. Not look like a law office, not law books, not scales of justice.
